RawNews1st – An Oklahoma prisoner pleads guilty in federal court to running a big meth operation outside prison walls, while he was inside prison, by using a contraband cell phone.
45 year old Richard Deeter, Jr., pleaded guilty to drug conspiracy.
Federal prosecutors say Deeter was already in state prison for drug trafficking.
He and five others have now pleaded guilty in this case.
Court documents say Deeter ran an operation that dealt in getting large amounts of meth from Oklahoma City to re-sell in Green Country.
They say he and the others used Facebook messenger, video calls, text messaging, encrypted instant messaging, and other methods to run the operation.
They say Deeter told the others where to pick up the meth, how much to sell it for and where to sell it.
He took payment through Green Dot cards and Cash App.
They say he had the others keep places in Tulsa used to store the meth and guns.
The others are:
Nicole Cox, from Mountain Home, AR
Izabella Boling, from Broken Arrow
Donnie Pearson, from Sand Springs
Jonna Steele, from Tulsa
John Sparks, from Tulsa
Prosecutors say Deeter, Pearson, and Sparks are members of the Universal Aryan Brotherhood.
