RawNews1st – This morning, at 9:59 a.m., a citizen located a 43-year-old woman, who was assaulted, in the area of American Street underneath Highway 4.
While medics were transporting the woman to the hospital, she became unconscious and died. Once at the hospital, a doctor located a gunshot wound on the woman’s body.
Detectives responded to take over the investigation. At this time, there is no motive or suspect information.
