Lincolnton, NC – A 38-year-old Lincolnton woman was arrested today (January 22, 2024) on drug charges of two felony counts of death by distribution of certain controlled substances.
Brandee Nicole Flowers is charged in connection with an incident that occurred on September 18, 2023, at a residence in the 500 block of Horseshoe Lake Road in Lincolnton where two people were found deceased by family members.
Fentanyl toxicity was listed as the cause of death for both victims.
Deputies were dispatched to the residence reference an overdose of two individuals. The man and woman were found on the floor of the home.

The couple had been living in a trailer behind the residence. The victims were identified as George Adamo, 63, and Jessica Lynn Propst, 42, both of Lincolnton, NC.
It was determined that Brandee Nicole Flowers sold and delivered fentanyl to the couple prior to their deaths. Flowers of Mauney Drive, Lincolnton, NC was arrested today and taken before a Lincoln County magistrate.
She was ordered held in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond. She will have a first appearance in Lincoln County District Court on January 23, 2024.
