CHILD PREDATOR INDICTED: A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted 38-year-old Justin Eller of Mt. Sterling on 12 felony charges, including possession and distribution of child sex abuse material.
The indictment follows an investigation by the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office after tips were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Investigators say most of the videos involved children between 12 and 18 years old, with at least one involving a child under 12.
Eller was arrested during a traffic stop by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
