Claremore Police arrest a 35 year old man accused of beating up a 64 year old man this afternoon.
The arrest report for Christopher Brackeen says he was on a motorcycle and crashed into the back of a vehicle driven by the victim.
It says Brackeen got off the bike and confronted the victim and punched him in the face, threw him to the ground and kicked him in the face.
A citizen caught most of the assault on videotape.
Brackeen was booked into the Rogers County jail for aggravated assault and battery.
