The Savannah Police Department is looking for a 3-year-old they say was kidnapped by an armed and dangerous man.

“She’s like, ‘My baby’s father pointed a gun at her.’ When she said, ‘Pointed a gun at her,’ I was like wait, I’m gonna help you regardless,” the neighbor said.
“She told me about him and her having a fight going from the Waffle House to the gas station and that he still had her kid in the car,” he added.
Tamorris Raynor was arrested Thursday afternoon on multiple charges, including kidnapping, battery, aggravated assault, cruelty to children and possession of a firearm.
