3 people were shot near Bardstown Road and Eastern Parkway meet: Kentucky
The three people were shot near where Bardstown Road and Eastern Parkway meet. Police don’t have any suspects at this time.
It happened around 3 a.m. when LMPD Fifth Division officers responded to the call of a shooting in the 1500 block of Bardstown Road.
That’s just east of where Bardstown Road and Eastern Parkway intersect.
Police said when they got there, they found two men and a woman that had been shot.
They were all taken to UofL Hospital for treatment.
One of the men died there of his injuries a little less than an hour after having been shot multiple times.
He was later identified as 31-year-old Ricky Kemp from the South Louisville neighborhood.
