ELMHURST, IL – The men were stealing vehicles around the suburbs, police said. Two had been charged with such crimes last year.
The suspects are Kamil Spieczynski, 37, of Algonquin; Sebastian Nawrot, 25, of Bensenville; and Mateusz Wojtowicz, 23, of Chicago, according to Elmhurst police.
