3 Iowa Residents Arrested For Kidnapping 11-Year-Old Indiana Girl Found In Wisconsin
An 11-year-old girl kidnapped from Indiana was found in southwestern Wisconsin, according to reports.
Iowa County Sheriff Michael Peterson says their communications center was notified Saturday that a vehicle at a Kwik Trip in Barneveld was involved in a Silver Alert for an abduction of an 11-year-old female from Wells County, Indiana.
The female was considered to be in extreme danger and requiring medical assistance.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office was told the people in the vehicle were possible armed. Once in route to the Kwik Trip, deputies were told the vehicle was now traveling in the Township of Dodgeville, Wisconsin on USH 18/151.
The City of Dodgeville Police Department stepped in to help and found the vehicle on 151. Both agencies were able to execute a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 11-year-old was safely removed from her alleged abductors.
Three adults were taken into custody: 27-year-old Zachary Delozier, 23-year-old Sara Gaudino, and 24-year-old Isaiah Schryvers.
All three had warrants for Kidnapping of a Minor.
The Iowa County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice DCI Agents are now investigating.
