3 illegal immigrants have been arrested in Palm Beach county, FL after kidnapping a woman and ra*ing her while filming it.
According to the report she was on a walk when one of the men grabbed her and dragged her into a vehicle. The men then pulled over and assaulted her while recording.
Andres Felipe Morales, 29, Darinel Ordonez Jimenez, 31, and Marcos Felipe Ramirez, 30, all from Guatemala, are accused in the kidnapping a woman and sexual assault of the victim.
The woman was walking along Lake Osborne Drive early Monday morning when one of the men grabbed her and threw her inside a vehicle, according to the arrest affidavit.
The report goes on to say the men drove off and stopped near the intersection of Congress Ave. and Melaleuca Lane where they sexually assaulted her and filmed it.
The men then drove back to Lake Osborne Dr. and assaulted her again.
The woman managed to escape and flagged a passerby, who then took her to the hospital and reported it to the sheriff’s office.
“In all likelihood, these people came from Mexico. They didn’t come through here, I can tell you that for sure because we would’ve checked our database,” said Sheriff Bradshaw.
Sheriff Bradshaw criticized the federal government for not securing the southern border and called the immigration crisis the worst he’s seen in his 52 years of law enforcement.
Bradshaw says PBSO’s Intelligence Center works closely with the FBI but warns if the federal government doesn’t do something about the border now more crimes like this can happen.
“They’re not gonna stay just in Miami. They’re gonna go where they need to go to do what they do. They don’t know if it’s Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County.
They just go to do what they’re gonna do. And we’re gonna have to deal with them,” said the sheriff.
