RawNews1st – A 27 year old woman is charged with assaulting a 67 year old woman in August.
The affidavit for Angel Tyler says the victim had driven Tyler and Tyler’s daughter to a location where the girl was playing on rollerblades, while the 2 women sat in the car.
It says Tyler said something to her daughter and the victim said, “be nice” and that’s when Tyler began punching the victim in the face 8 to 10 times, breaking the victim’s glasses and causing her face and nose to bleed.
It says the victim drove Tyler and the girl home and Tyler tried to help the victim clean the blood of her face, but, Tyler said, “don’t touch me” and Tyler slapped the victim in the face.
The victim says she is older and has hip, knee, shoulder and back problems and couldn’t defend herself and has been treated for an eye injury due to the assault.
Records show Tyler was convicted in Payne County in 2019 on a drug charge and given a 4 year deferred sentence.
Prosecutors filed an application to accelerate that sentence, saying Tyler never paid her fees, never got the required substance abuse evaluation, never did the required 100 hours of community service and never got a job or job training.
