Tuesday night, a 25-year-old woman was shot while sitting in her car in North Lawndale.
The victim was in her vehicle in the 1300 block of South Christiana Avenue around 11:40 p.m., according to police.
The victim was transported in good condition to Mt. Sinai Hospital. She had a gunshot wound on her left ring finger.
There have been no arrests. Area Four detectives are looking into the shooting.
