OSBI agents arrest a 25-year-old father after Pawnee Police were called to a home about of an injured 2-month-old.
They took Colten Thompson into custody Sunday night for child abuse, but he now faces 1 count of murder and 1 count of child abuse.
The Pawnee Police Department received a 9-1-1 call at 1:15 a.m., on November 28, 2021 from the 700 block of Illinois Street about an unresponsive baby.
The baby boy was taken to Stillwater Medical Center and then flown to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.
They say he died today as a result of his injuries.
They say the baby’s mother was not home when the baby was injured.
