Police are actively searching for 24 year old David Emory Linthicum, a white man, 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown eyes and a beard.
Incident stems from an earlier 911 call for a person in crisis, as officers interacted w/ the man, he discharged a firearm.
Suspect described as “armed and dangerous” said to have been spotted in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
Police encourage those in the area of Powers and Warren Road to shelter in place.
