OSBI arrests 23 year old Tyler Fries for several charges related to child pornography.
Agents say the investigation began on December 6th, 2022, when OSBI got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about someone uploading child pornography to a Google account.
They served a warrant at his Muskogee home this week and arrested him for aggravated possession of child pornography, violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
OSBI was assisted by the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office, TPD’s Sexual Predator Investigations/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations.
