20yo Student Avoids Jail after Repeatedly Raping 12yo Tinder Date – Judge Declares Him “Immature”
A court in the UK convicted a 20-year-old man of raping a 12-year-old-girl multiple times but spared him jail time – declaring the offender as too “immature and naive.”
An Inner London Crown Court judge said in their verdict that Jachin Joshua Mascall did not realise his Tinder date was not 16 years old, and that the child in question had acted in a “sexually suggestive” way towards her rapist.
Mascall was sentenced to 200 hours of unpaid work, paying £450 ($608) in costs and ordered him to attend a program that encourages maturity.
