The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who attempted to rob a United States Postal Service (USPS).
Letter carrier near the intersection of Estancia Drive NW and Bluewater Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87105.
The incident occurred at approximately 11:48 a.m., on January 20, 2023.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’7”- 5’8” tall, medium build, weighing approximately 188 pounds. He is further described as bald, appearing to have a mustache, and in his early
30s.
The suspect was wearing black sunglasses, a white t-shirt, black pants and jacket, and a purple satchel.
The suspect was on foot. Photos of the suspect above were captured on January 20, 2023, during the attempted robbery.
