Police say a second arm was found during their search of a Babylon park where an arm and a leg were discovered earlier today.
The human arm was found around 8:41 a.m. by a group of students walking to school, according to police.
Police say that a human leg was then found in the leaves around 1:30 p.m. as officers and the K-9 unit were searching the park. The leg was found near an elementary school, disrupting recess and dismissal plans.
Village officials posted online late this morning that Suffolk police closed the park for an investigation.
Police say they do not have any information on gender or condition of the remains.
However, police say they do not believe the arm was at the location for a long time.
