19-year-old was fatally shot in the head by a friend after refusing to share Wingstop french fries.
Jarvis Davis was in a Fort Worth, Texas apartment with his girlfriend and friends. With his girlfriend lying on his lap, Davis was eating his food from Wingstop.
Another man in the group, who had finished his meal, asked Davis for some of his french fries. Davis declined, which led to an argument.
Witnesses say that after things escalated, the man shot Davis in the head. Officers and EMS were called to the scene and transported Davis to a local hospital, but he died hours later.
While authorities say they have identified the suspect, they haven’t been able to locate him.
