On Friday night, a 19-year-old man was stabbed on a sidewalk in the Back of the Yards.
According to police, the victim was stabbed in the 5400 block of South Hoyne Avenue by a known male.
The incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m.
In critical condition, he was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center. There have been no arrests reported.
Area One detectives are looking into it.
