RawNews1st – Officers are searching for a missing juvenile from the area of Cleveland Street.
The juvenile is 16 years old and is deaf and mute. He may be on a bicycle. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black pants, and a backpack. The child’s name is Niyo Elisa.
