HOMICIDE — 140+ shots fired outside Hookah Lounge

On 5/15/2022 around 2:30 a.m., Officers were called out to a hookah lounge at Admiral and Lewis in reference to many gunshots fired in the area.

Officers arrived and found a male down on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head. Paramedics rushed the victim to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

More than 100+ shell casings of various calibers were found in the parking lot, indicating a large gun battle took place.

It appears the shooting started in the parking lot and traveled west down 1st St.

At this time, Detectives are actively looking for information about a suspect(s). Anyone with information is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling.

The victim’s identity will be released pending notification of family.
