While the everyone on this list come from different part of the world and a variety of backgrounds, but with same thing in common – they are most wanted people. Everyone on the list has been criminally indicted or charged, some in national jurisdictions and some by international tribunals.

They are all accused of a long history of committing serious crimes and are considered a menace to the world.

Coming in at the number 10 spot we have.

Arnoldo Jimenez: Wanted for allegedly murdering his wife in Illinois less than 24 hours after marrying her.

Arnoldo Jimenez is the five hundred twenty-second fugitive added to the FBI’s ten most wanted fugitives list. He is wanted for the murder of his wife, Estrella Carrera a day after their wedding. He was arrested Monterrey, Mexico on January 30 2025.

9. Wilver Villegas-Palomino

Palomino was considered a leader of the National Liberation Army in Colombia, he was also known to help traffic cocaine into the United States, which the United States deemed as narcoterrorism since it funded a terrorist organization through the selling of substances.

On February 12, 2020, Palomino was indicted on charges of narcoterrorism, conspiracy to import cocaine and international distribution of cocaine by the Southern District of Texas. On September 21, 2020, the United States offered US$5 million for any information leading to his arrest.

On April 14, 2023, Palomino was added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, replacing Rafael Caro Quintero. Reward: Up to $5,000,000

8. Ruja Ignatova:

Ruja Ignatova is wanted for her alleged participation in a large-scale fraud scheme. Beginning in approximately 2014, Ignatova and others are alleged to have
defrauded billions of dollars from investors all over the world. Ignatova was the founder of OneCoin Ltd., a Bulgaria-based company that marketed a purported
cryptocurrency. In order to execute the scheme, Ignatova allegedly made false statements and representations to individuals in order to solicit investments
in OneCoin. She allegedly instructed victims to transmit investment funds to OneCoin accounts in order to purchase OneCoin packages, causing victims to send
wire transfers representing these investments. Throughout the scheme, OneCoin is believed to have defrauded victims out of more than $4 billion.

Ignatova served as OneCoin’s top leader through October 2017. On October 25, 2017, Ignatova traveled from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Athens, Greece, and may have
traveled elsewhere after that. She may travel on a German passport to the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, Greece and/or Eastern Europe.

On October 12, 2017, Ignatova was charged in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and a federal warrant was issued for her arrest. On
February 6, 2018, a superseding indictment was issued charging Ignatova with one count each of Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud; Wire Fraud; Conspiracy to
Commit Money Laundering; Conspiracy to Commit Securities Fraud; and Securities Fraud.

7. Vitel’Homme Innocent:

Conspiracy to Commit Hostage Taking; Hostage Taking; Conspiracy to Commit Hostage Taking Resulting in Death; Attempted Hostage Taking Resulting in Death. He is the leader of the gang Kraze Barye, wanted for kidnapping and hostage-taking incidents in Haiti. Reward: Up to $2,000,000

6. Alejandro Rosales Castillo

(November 26, 1998) is an American fugitive who was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on October 24, 2017. He is wanted for the August 2016 murder of Truc Quan “Sandy” Ly Le in Charlotte, North Carolina. Castillo was the 516th fugitive to be placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his capture.

5. Donald Eugene Fields II: Last known to reside in Franklin County, Missouri.
Caution: Wanted for alleged sex trafficking of at least one child in Missouri between approximately 2013 and 2017.

4: Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel: Indian

 Last known to be in the Newark, New Jersey, area.
Caution: Wanted for the murder of his wife in Hanover, Maryland, in 2015.

In March 2015, Palak’s parents came to the US to check on their daughter and her relationship with Bhadreshkumar. Palak’s parents left April 7, 2015 after Palak and Bhadreshkumar “agreed to live peacefully and happily.” Palak was supposed to go back to India on April 17th after a relative booked her a ticket on April 12th, but the trip was cut short due to her murder.

County police had no records of domestic violence between the couple, but they did respond to their Hanover apartment for a call about loud noise in December 2014. One of Bhadreshkumar’s cousins shared the apartment with the couple. Palak was a teacher in India.

3. Omar Alexander Cardenas

2. Yulan Adonay Archaga Carias

Yulan Adonay Archaga Carias (born February 13, 1982) is a Honduran fugitive, drug lord, and a suspected leader of the MS-13 gang in Honduras who was added to the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on November 3, 2021.

He is wanted for racketeering, narcotics trafficking, and firearms offenses. Archaga Carias is allegedly in charge of MS-13 for all of Honduras and is believed to be providing firearms, narcotics, and cash to gang members who are operating within the United States. He is also believed to be responsible for ordering the murders of rival gang members. Authorities believe he is still in Honduras.

  1. Alexis Flores:

Alexis Flores (born July 18, 1975) is a Honduran fugitive wanted for the kidnapping, rape, and murder of five-year-old Iriana DeJesus in Philadelphia in 2000. Flores was the 487th fugitive to be placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

On March 6, 2025, he was removed from the list for no longer meeting the list criteria.  Despite his removal from the Top Ten List, he remains a highly wanted fugitive.
