5 People Charged After Witness Find.Woman Beaten & Naked In Dog Cage In Georgia Home.
An incident report obtained by 12 On Your Side read: “Upon entering the room he observed an unknown light brown-skinned female that was naked, beaten severely, and currently locked in a dog cage.”
Authorities said that the victim appeared to be “injured and emotionally distraught” and first refused to approach law enforcement. Eventually, deputies managed to get closer to her and noticed a swollen and bruised eye.
