Willcox Station agents arrested a U.S. citizen and three smuggled Mexican citizens at the SR-90 Checkpoint, including Martin Guarista-Monge, USBP Chief John Modlin reports.

Records revealed a felony conviction for cruelty toward a child in Pima County, Arizona.

He faces criminal charges.
