US Jan. 6 Capitol Rioter Seeks Belarus ASYLUM (Report)
A 48-year-old man on the FBI’s Most Wanted list for allegedly assaulting law enforcement during the Capitol Riots is seeking asylum in Belarus after claiming he was stalked by Ukrainian forces while trying to settle there.
Evan Neuman “sought justice and asked uncomfortable questions… but lost almost everything and is being persecuted by the US government,” according to the former Soviet country’s state TV channel Belarus 1.
Neuman sold his California home and fled the FBI to Europe despite denying violent entry charges against him.
A Belarus 1 TV presenter called him: “the same type of simple American whose shops were burned by Black Lives Matter activists.”
