Traffic stop leads to arrest, seizure of methamphetamine in West Virginia

Heather Messer, 35, of Foster has been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.

The news release said a trooper conducted a traffic stop along Route 119 in the Danville area and found about 128 grams of methamphetamine inside the vehicle.

Messer is being held at Southwestern Regional Jail on a $60,100 surety/cash bail.
