Tesla Recalls 1/2MLN+ Cars – Gets Sued for Racism at Factory
Tesla has been zapped with an umpteenth recall action in two weeks, concerning some 578,607 cars in the US, mainly over its Boombox function possibly obscuring the pedestrian warning system.
26,681 more vehicles are being recalled due to problems with windshield defrosting.
In addition, the electric car giant is facing a lawsuit from California’s civil rights regulator, over its Fremont factory allegedly being racially segregated – with Black workers subjected to racial slurs.
