An arrest in western Sydney on Thursday has reportedly ended in a medical emergency after police attempted to apprehend the man for allegedly not wearing a mask – distressing footage appears to show the man having a medical episode.(Daily Mail)
Police and medics can be seen attending to the man while he remains in handcuffs – with bystanders yelling “he has heart issues” in the background while others shout: “Call an ambulance.”
The man allegedly “failed to comply with directions” before a struggle broke out with 3 police officers suffering minor cuts and scratches.
A25-year-old man has been charged with not wearing a mask, intimidating an officer in execution of duty, resisting arrest and possession of a knife.
