Suspect was arrested after he allegedly R*PED a 15yo female student in the school bathroom
A former substitute teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl at Saginaw United High School.Saginaw Police arrested Lance Henderson Thursday.
According to court records, Henderson was arraigned Friday morning on one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct. His bond was denied.
Records show that on July 17, a woman told DeKalb County sheriff’s deputies that her daughter, who is younger than 9, said she had been sexually assaulted and abused by the teenager.
The teenager was charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault of a child younger than 9, Class X felonies, according to documents filed in DeKalb County court on July 28.
If convicted, they face between six and 30 years in prison.
Lance Henderson worked as a substitute teacher and assistant coach in Saginaw, Michigan.
Prosecutors stated that DNA evidence collected during the investigation matched Henderson. He denied the allegations and claimed another student was involved, but investigators linked him to the case through forensic testing.
