Yesterday afternoon, we received an ATM alarm at one of our local banks and upon police arrival we discovered the ATM had been tampered with.

Patrol officers were put on high alert to be on the lookout for these suspects. Around 5am this morning, the same alarm went off again and police were dispatched.

Patrol officers located the suspect vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to yield and a short pursuit ensued.

The fleeing vehicle lost control and crashed into a fence near Thoroughbred Plaza and the suspects fled on foot. Patrolman Fraley and Patrolman Pelfrey were able to apprehend the operator but not the passenger.

We have been unable to verify the identity of either suspect and have booked the operator of the vehicle as John Doe at the Clark County Detention Center.

If anyone can help us identify either suspect or has information, please call our dispatch at (859) 745-7400.
