Suspect committed grand theft at two stores inside International Plaza and Bay Street
TampaPD Detectives are working to identify the woman in this video.
On April 7, suspect committed grand theft at two stores inside International Plaza and Bay Street; the first was at Louis Vuitton, and the second was at Gucci.
This video shows the suspect taking a purse off the shelf and placing it in her bag.
The suspect was accompanied by three juveniles who all appeared to be under 10 years old and one adult male – none of whom committed any theft.

The suspect left the area in a 2018 black Kia Optima with a Georgia tag (CTT2447).
