Prince Andrew’s Latest Wriggle from Rape Case: Lawyers Argue Giuffre Lives in Australia
Andrew’s lawyers have urged an American Court to rule it has no jurisdiction in the Virginia Giuffre case – because she is ‘pretending’ to be a US citizen while in Australia.
The Prince’s defense called her moves “suspicious” & “calculated.” Giuffre claims she was forced to have sex with the duke when she was 17, and was a sex slave of Jeffrey Epstein – the Queen’s second son’s friend.
Andrew is hoping his case is thrown out before facing a New York judge on Jan 4. His lawyers filed a five-page motion against Giuffre’s links to Colorado, while she lives with her family in Perth.
