Police in South Holland are investigating after two people were found dead inside a home
Police in South Holland are investigating after two people were found dead inside a home Sunday.
According to a statement from the village, a family member discovered the two people inside a home in the 900 block of East 161st Street.
The Medical Examiner has identified them as 30-year-old Ann Turner and 83-year-old James Boyd.
According to the medical examiner, they both suffered multiple gunshot wounds and their deaths have been ruled a homicide.
An autopsy is scheduled.
Village officials say there is no threat to the public.
