Broken Arrow Police arrest a man who was carrying a rifle and wearing a tactical vest when he walked into the AT&T store at 1200 East Hillside Drive.

Police received calls as the man was walking through the parking lot.

They say he walked past two stores before entering AT&T and said he wanted to buy something in the store.
Prior to that, they say he tried walking into the Broken Arrow Courthouse carrying the rifle, but city employees locked the doors.

He told officers he was trying to obtain property he had left behind after getting out of jail this weekend.
Officers responded and released him.

A family-member then dropped him off near 9th and Hillside before he entered AT&T.
Employees ran to the back of the store and no one was hurt.

Police say his name is Zachary Morrissey and he was arrested on a previous warrant and carrying a concealed weapon.
