One man was rushed to the hospital after being shot at a Marathon on Poplar, police said.
Police tape surrounded a gas station on Wednesday.
At approximately 1:35 p.m., Memphis Police responded to a shooting at the Marathon Gas Station on Poplar Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found a man on the ground shot.
The victim was taken to Regional One in critical condition.
Police have one man detained for questioning.
