RawNews1st – A woman was released on pre-trial release with no bond after being arrested for aggravated DUI, eluding and child endangerment.
The arrest report for Ellie Mae Varner says Owasso police arrested her on March 1st at 7:22 pm.
It says she ran off the road and nearly caused a wreck.
It says she drove for a mile before pulling over for the officer.
It says she blew a .31, nearly 4 times the legal limit and had her 5 year old child in the car with her.
Records show she was previously arrested for DUI by Tulsa Police in May of 2021.
