HOSPITAL SHOOTING THREAT — Man arrested for threatening to shoot hospital staff at Saint Francis South.
On 6/13/2022 at 1:20 p.m., Officers responded to a disturbance at Saint Francis South near 91st and Hwy 169.
Officers learned that 63-year-old Gary Becker became upset over the food he received during his dialysis treatment, so he threatened to shoot the person who prepared the meal.
Officers also learned Becker got upset a second time when his glasses were missing.
According to witnesses, Becker said, “I should shoot the ER people for losing my glasses.”
Gary Becker was arrested for Threatening a Violent Act.
This is an arrest, not a conviction.
