Insidious” Tax Plot: Trump SUES NYT and own niece for $100MN

The former president has filed a lawsuit against the New York TImes and his own niece, Mary Trump, for their “insidious plot”to reveal his tax record in 2018.

Trump alleges Mary broke a non-disclosure agreement by publishing a book on him last year, to which she responded by calling her uncle a desperate “loser” because the “walls are closing in” on him.

NYT spox Danielle Rhoades claimed the paper would “vigorously defend” itself – calling Trump’s suit “an attempt to silence independent news organizations.”
