Female suspect on the loose following reports of shots fired near Tempe campus
Police are at the scene of a strip mall near the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, following reports of shots fired.
According to police, officers responded to a shopping center near University Drive and Rural Road. Officials say the incident did not happen on ASU’s Tempe campus.
The suspect is described by police as a Black female in her late 20s, 5’4″ tall with a skinny build. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and jeans.
Anyone with information should call police immediately.
