Chicago police are searching for a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting at Benito Juarez High School on the city’s West Side on Friday afternoon, which left two people dead.

Friday at 2:37 p.m., police released images of a person believed to be involved in an incident that occurred at a high school in the 2150 block of South Laflin Street.

According to the police, two 15-year-old boys were fatally shot in the head and a 15-year-old boy and girl were injured.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office identified 15-year-old Brandon Perez as one of the deceased boys.

The police have not labeled this individual as a suspect, but if spotted, do not approach them; instead, dial 911.
