Chicago woman quarantines in airplane bathroom for four hours after testing positive for Covid on international flight
Marisa Fotieo told WZZM13 she was feeling sick on an Iceland-bound flight from the US, so she took a rapid test in the plane’s bathroom where she was confirmed positive.
She then informed a flight attendant that due to her Covid-positive status, she would just “stay in the bathroom for the rest of the flight.”
Fotieo said she spent four hours in the airplane’s bathroom before arriving in Iceland where she is quarantining for 10 days.
