Britney Hayes has now pleaded guilty in federal court to aggravated identity theft and financial institution fraud.
The other 14 counts against her were dismissed.
She re-routed people’s mails and applied for credit cards and bank accounts using their personal information and was accused of taking $15,000 from the accounts of a 93 year old woman.
Sentencing will happen at a later date.
This is now a conviction.
