Biden forgets to use Illinois notary for ballot signature sheets, Illinois Board of Elections says, that is requirement.

Per Illinois election law, candidates must use an Illinois notary.  If not, candidate will not appear on ballot.

The objection was filed Friday the 12th.
Today, Biden’s attorney pushed to dismiss the objection, but the Illinois Board of Election followed the law and set a date for oral argument.

Oral arguments for the “Notary Case” are scheduled for Jan 29th, with no summary judgment issued today.

Should Biden be allowed a pass or should the Illinois board of elections remove Biden off the ballot?
