Active shooter at Tampa Premium Outlets mall in Wesley Chapel FL
Pasco Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting after a fire alarm was activated at the Tampa Premium Outlets around 4:30 p.m. this afternoon.
At this time, deputies are continuing to investigate but there is no evidence of a shooting.
The only injuries were unrelated medical events and minor injuries after individuals were injured in the rush after the initial report.
The investigation remains ongoing & there will be an increased law enforcement presence in the area as deputies continue to investigate.
