A Texas woman is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old child at the direction of her boyfriend, according to a criminal affidavit.

The Midlothian Police Department identified the suspects as 30-year-old Madison Paige Jones and her boyfriend, 37-year-old Zackery Dondlinger.

On December 17, 2025, officers were contacted by a woman who identified herself as a friend of Jones. The woman told police that Jones and Dondlinger were in a relationship and expressed concern about Dondlinger’s behavior toward a 5-year-old child who lived in Jones’ home.

Investigators later interviewed Jones, who admitted to sexually assaulting the child at Dondlinger’s direction, according to the affidavit. Jones told officers that Dondlinger had sexual fantasies involving the child and instructed her to carry out the abuse.

The affidavit states that Jones described the sexual acts in detail and admitted she recorded videos of the assaults and sent them to Dondlinger through Snapchat to satisfy his sexual demands. A forensic search of Jones’ iPhone allegedly uncovered messages from Dondlinger that investigators say corroborated her account.

Dondlinger is charged with sexual performance by a child, a first-degree felony. Records show he was initially arrested on December 23, 2025, in Loving County on a lesser version of the offense, but the charge was later upgraded.

Jones is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony, along with two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, both second-degree felonies. She is also charged with possession of child pornography involving more than 500 visual depictions, a first-degree felony.

Both Jones and Dondlinger remain in custody at the Ellis County Jail. Jones’ bond has been set at $90,000, while Dondlinger’s bond was increased to $250,000.

Jones was previously employed as a substitute teacher with the Midlothian Independent School District. Following her arrest, the district confirmed she is no longer employed.
