Early this morning, deputies responded to multiple vehicle fires at two neighboring homes on Oak Springs Court in DeBary.
A total of three vehicles were on fire when deputies and firefighters arrived around 4:45 a.m.
Surveillance video captured this individual throwing what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail.
