The Hawaii Department of Health is alerting residents to a recall for select Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics Banana & Strawberry pouches for kids sold at Target.
PT Organics Limited of Oregon is recalling the 4-ounce pouches due to the potential presence of a soft, food-grade plastic strand resulting from an internal packaging defect. The plastic strand may cause injury or pose a choking hazard.
The recalled products have a barcode of 8 15367 01078 0, with a lane number of 4 printed on the rear, right-hand side seam. They also have best-before dates ranging from Jan. 19, Jan. 20, March 17, March 18, May 14, and May 15, 2027.
