A Tulsa homeless woman has been charged with setting a tent on fire with a man inside.
The arrest report for Brandy Thrasher says the victim told police, Thrasher had been threatening to kill him, then set his tent on fire and he barely escaped without being burned alive.
It says a witness also heard Thrasher threatening to kill the victim.
She’s charged with arson and endangering human life through arson.
