7-year-old girl was shot to death in the 6200 block of West Grand, Belmont Central neighborhood, West Side on August 15, 2021.
Her sister, 6, was wounded and is fighting to recover.
Their mother was loading them in a car when someone drove up and sprayed the car with bullets
